Service Levels – You have a choice of service levels as AAG offer Gold & Silver service agreements.
Remote telephone system support – We work with the latest technologies so that we can resolve most telephone system issues – repairs, upgrades etc. without needing to visit your premises. This improves efficiency and lowers costs for yourselves.
On-Site telephone Support – Our telephone engineers are on standby for any instances where your telephone system requires on-site attention. Giving you peace of mind that we can cover all eventualities.
Dedicated Project Manager – You will be assigned a dedicated project manager to see your case through from start to finish so that we can handle your requirements quickly and efficiently.
Emergency Priority Response – We offer an emergency priority response service to avoid or minimise any costly downtime.
Telephone system improvements and additions – You may find that your telephone system requirements change over time and that you would like a few additional handsets/extensions or new features added. AAG would be happy to discuss these with you.
