The Specification module can automatically generate Material Reference and/or Design Intent sheets. The Item Schedule/ Item Budget is automatically calculated    and produced. Amend the Spec sheet all other sheets are automatically updated.

Printing
The ability to print individual sheets, or whole areas & projects. There is also the facility to print supplier details and generate a list of suppliers used within a    Project / Area. The system also automatically generates a title and contents page.

Supplier Database
The Supplier Module allows you to build a supplier database, defining the type of product supplied – perform searches on a particular item e.g. Fabric, Furniture etc.

Import Images
Import your company logo for use on all your documentation and jpeg/bitmap images into Design Intent & Architectural Finishes sheets.

Email Integration
The facility to email all output to clients & colleagues, in PDF format enabling you to communicate your designs to your clients worldwide, in a matter of seconds.

Ease Of Use
Several functions have been included including the ability to copy individual specs, or whole Areas & Projects, a built in spell checker and find and replace functions.
